Who is this guy ? Never heard of him lol

I think you’re too young to know him. Sports Billy was a cartoon in the earlies 80s. He used to be a hero by using only stuff from his bag (see above picture). He used to take the bag out of his pocket, it would be small and expand, and from the inside he used to take out the stuff he needed that had super powers lol.
