Get to the streets already!

November 30, 2006 in the early afternoon

Stop huffing and puffing and go to the damn streets if you want to! Get it over with!
Business have been on hault and people living in fear, and people not leaving their neighborhoods in fear that the demonstrations can start at any moment.

Is your aim to freeze the country or the government?

Khalsoona ba2a! Kilkon adrab min Ba3dkon

Oh and in regards to Orange Man, I want to thank him for a wonderful stand-up comedy show press conference last night but more importantly I want to thank Bassam Abou Zaid (LBC correspondent) for his great questions.

3zooz it is apparent that you are not Lebanese and have no clue about Lebanese history.

First of all, Hizballah and Aoun are harming the entire country and not just “us” or “them” or whoever lol

Secondly, Amine Gemayel was President from 1982 until 1988.

Instead of understanding things as you wish, educated yourself with some of the basics in Lebanese history but don’t interfere between us.

I think it is imperative to have a national unity
government to write an ELECTORAL LAW everyone agrees
on before the quikly coming next elections otherwise
we’re heading to civil war head on.
(Note I don’t really care about the Hariri tribunal, it is
not going to do anything anyway since it is just another
US masrahyyeh like the Saddam trial).

3zooz: If you are not Lebanese then don’t get involved in our politics mooooooooouuuuuuuuuuu

Or do you want me to write a post about the politics of your country and what your ministers are like?

As for your response, it does not show that you are educated bil 3aks it shows that all you how to do is name calling.

Once again, stick to the topic.

Well, Rampurple is this discussion strictly for lebanese? I don’t know what 3zooz said because I can’t read arabic very well, but i would like to know though because i’m not Lebanese and will stop commenting if thats the case with this blog. Solomon, Daniel and Herbert kaine ( just some examples) don’t seem to be lebanese and yet they comment freely…? I’m not being sarcastic.

Izzi… 3zooz isn’t sticking to the topics and basically all he does in his comments is list names of March 14th coalition members and lists his opinions of them or what a joke they are. I told him that I know who our people are and this is an internal issue and no I wouldnt like outsiders interfering in this.

Having a discussion is one thing, being curious is another thing, but coming in to this blog and stating what the Lebanese should do and who they should follow is unacceptable.

Hizballah isn’t an enemy of the March 14th, and neither is Aoun. They are political rivals which is a normal thing to happen.

Foreigners comments are always welcome but I have said this a zillion times before, do not come in on your high horse and act all superior and that you know it all. Come in for a discussion, come in for a respectable debate, etc.

In regards to Solomon, Daniel, and Herbert Kaine comment freely, yes they do, but some of their comments were deleted when they turned into insults and they are aware of that.

you are completely right, that isn’t acceptable at all, if someone doesn’t have something constructive to say they shouldn’t say it at all.
