March 22, 2006 in the early evening

I miss you all, and stallion don’t worry, i wont forget your DDs.. what flavor?

Business in Beirut

in the early morning

I am at the office now to organise and finalize some issues at work before I leave to Beirut this afternoon.

This time, my stay in Beirut will be a lot different then my last stay.  You see, this time I’m going on business.  My evening and night is already fully booked for the day, and tomorrow I have meetings back to back already until the early evening.  I will be flying back on Friday.

I hope I have some time at least to see some family and/or friends.

Drowned, near to Beirut

March 20, 2006 in the late afternoon

I’m being drowned at work again.  The work just seems to be pouring in this week.  I am surround by sheets of paper that have notes scribbled all over them.  I am just taking a small break now to organise my thoughts before I organise these notes and start placing them on the presentation.

Good news is I am travelling to Beirut for the weekend.

Risk Management

around lunchtime

A person’s life consist of several aspects. You have career, social, family, love.

Sometimes you have to take risks in life. For example, 3 aspects of your life are perfect but the 4th has potential if you take a risk, a certain leap. In some cases however, if you take that leap, it can risk in jeopradising other aspects of your life, and it may not.

I believe taking such risks lie under “hardest decisions of life.”

Sometimes people take such a leap because its a financial move, hence they can financially support themselves or help their families… so it’s more of a need and not a choice.

What if you’re not in need in taking such a leap but it tempts you… would you take it? For example, say you have a great career, family is all well, a partner in your life, but you want to improve your social life since you’re social life makes you miserable and you sense it would affect other aspects of your life later on. Would you move?

Say, you’re social life is great, famili is all well, love is great, and you’re job is fine but you get an offer that might or might not enhance your career. Would you move and take that job?

Say, all aspects of your life is great but your love is elsewhere or is moving. Would you move and risk all?

This is rampurple signing out… let me know what all y’all think.

Good Weekend

around lunchtime

I haven’t done a weekend summary in a while.

I have to say this weekend was a mellow weekend.

Thursday after work I ran to the salon for a manicure and pedicure… time to wear sandals again!  In the evening, the gang met up at the ice skating rink to ice skate.  I hadn’t been ice skating in almost 4 years.  The crowd at the rink is creepy, I must admit, the crashes we saw were scary, and the ice skating rink seems to be the hook up place for teenagers.  I must say I enjoyed standing close to the wall.

After ice skating, we headed to Casper & Gambini for dinner. Unknown entity met up with us as well. There wasn’t much hyper activity.  I think we were all in the same mellow mood.

After dinner, I met up with my parents at their friends house and got home at 1am.  I started to watch The Incredibles and slept half way through.

Woke up at around 1 on Friday.  It felt good to sleep in.  After some lazying around, and web browsing, me and mom headed to Marina Crescent to enjoy some outdoor lunch since the weather was so great.  The crescent was full! We were too hungry to wait so we sat at Cup n Cino, who I have to say their food sucks! But we got to sit outdoors and have our cup of coffee as well.

In the evening, I went to church for mass.

Now that I told you guys about my wherabouts during the weekend it’s time to nag! It’s too early to wear summer clothes and too late wear winter clothes! What does one wear?!
